Hi there! My name is Sharyn Swonson, licensed massage therapist since 2001 and owner of Colorado Springs Athletic Massage.  I specialize in the relief of pain, injury, and post-op recovery.

I have completed 1150 hours at Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy and am certified in Neuromuscular Therapy and Manual Lymph Drainage. I continually participate in advanced education regarding anatomy, biomechanics, and the magnificent layers of the body. I have gained extensive experience over the years working with physical therapists and chiropractors and have been named The Gazette's "2010 Best Massage Therapist in Colorado Springs”. I am very passionate about healing.

Being an active mom of 3 and having experienced multiple broken bones and surgeries in the past, I understand the pain and stress associated with injury and post-op recovery. In 2019, I decided to open up my own studio to offer the best possible pain relief for my clients.
